"Bond. James Bond," one Yelp Elite member was quoted as he posed with his date and LIVEBATTLE firearm. It was positively an evening to remember aboard the USS Midway in San Diego last Thursday, September 17, 2009. Laughter and shocked shrieks echoed throughout the historic vessel as adrenaline-enthralled, Yelp Elite members ducked and sprinted for cover behind the inflatable “safe zones”. In addition to LIVEBATTLE, Yelper’s were also pampered to never ending platters of delectable bite-sized morsels, body-rocking beats on the dance floor and luscious cocktails. All of which were provided courtesy of Yelp, Behind The Scenes Catering & Events and Sailor Jerry Rum.

Adam Blejski and Ryan Dickie of LIVEBATTLE USA and BFC Ventures, LLC, were both present to witness the much anticipated Yelp Elite event. In between LIVEBATTLE matches, Blejski was quoted, “LIVEBATTLE Events never cease to amaze me. What got me behind this company a couple months ago is still my driving point today. LIVEBATTLE fans come from all age ranges, sexes and demographics.” Blejski took a second to chuckle before he pointed out a Yelp Elite member who he referred to as “The Stiletto Sniper”. He went on to remark, “She is the perfect illustration of this. Here she is dressed in full-out jewelry, stilettos and a smoking blue cocktail dress, but she is killing all of those guys out there one by one.” Of course, other Yelper’s had taken notice at this point, and they hastily whipped out their phones and video cameras to capture the extraordinary event.
