LiveOn to Help Terminally Ill Save Life Stories Forever

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 3, 2012 -- This year, Internet startup LiveOn.com will pick 5 people facing terminal illness or debilitating disease and capture their lives on LiveOn, scanning and preserving their entire life’s photos and videos for free and helping them tell their life story so it never fades away. They will also help them create time capsules and messages for their loved ones to be delivered in the future. As a website that promises to keep your memories forever, LiveOn thought it fitting to take it a step further and help those with little time left take charge of their legacies.

“We hope to leave the recipients and their families a beautiful, interactive and shareable timeline of their life that will endure long after they’re gone,” says CEO and Founder Jonathan Whistman. “And we want those with terminal illness to rest assured their stories won’t be forgotten.”

Whistman says LiveOn will also donate any revenue made from the chosen recipients’ family member accounts to a cause of their choice. “We started this website so years from now, our descendants will know who we are – so we can connect the past, present and future.
