LOCAL COMPANY RANKED 10 IN COUNSELOR’S TOP 75 PLACES TO WORK

The hunt for the best involved an in-depth survey conducted by Counselor’s research partner, Quantum Workplace. Varying in size and location, the 75 companies extend across the United States and Canada. MadeToOrder, ranked at number ten, is headquartered in Pleasanton, CA, and has multiple branches in cities across the nation, including San Diego.

The companies were measured in ten different areas, such as team effectiveness, employee loyalty and trust with coworkers. Detailed surveys in each of these categories allowed Counselor to rank companies in many different groupings, and finally an overall standing. Aside from its overall rank at ten, MadeToOrder also came in at number seven for the best companies with under 50 employees, the best companies for benefits, and the best companies for employee loyalty. It also ranked number eight for the best companies for employee recognition and the best companies for manager effectiveness.
