Dr. Ryan Berlin of Baker Chiropractic and Wellness will be the featured speaker at a Life Improvement Event on Saturday, January 12th at the Journey Church in West Chester, Ohio.
West Chester's Dr. Ryan Berlin is the featured speaker at this weekend's Amazing Race Event sponsored by Journey Church, LifePoint Vineyard Church and Everyday Soiree Chef Keri Seelig.
This is a two hour program will be held on Saturday, January 12th from 10:00am “ 12:00 pm and will focus on the way we Eat, Think and Move. The event is specifically designed to give you the tools to guarantee success in all three of these areas by highlighting how God intended us to live.
The cost of this program is ONLY $20 per individual or $30 per family. Here's what you get for this one low price:
(1). You will receive a copy of Dr. Ben Lerner (NY #1 best-selling authors) book Winning My Race.
(2). Chef Keri Seelig will prepare a meal for the event.
(3). Both LifePoint Vineyard Church and Journey Church will be giving 4 weeks of messages that parallel what you will be reading in Winning My Race.
(4). Following the 1-day event there will be 4 weeks of workouts coached by professional personal trainers (childcare available). Each workout will consist of a 10 minute devotional topic, a 30 minute workout, and 15 minutes of nutrition teaching.
