Local Ellisville Restaurant Wins Franchisee Of The Year!

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 14, 2011 -- Ellisville, MO, Nov. 14 – The Genghis Grill location in Ellisville, MO was honorably awarded “Franchisee of The Year” from the Genghis Grill Corporate Executive Team in Dallas this past month at the annual convention. The award is given annually to the franchisee that has displayed positive year-over-year sales growth, impeccable dining service, improved operations, perfect mystery shopper experience, very high internal audit scores and an overall outpouring of positive customer service ratings.

Brian and Jeff Durbin, cousins and owners of the Genghis Grill in Ellisville, and Roy Teter, co-manager of the location who also has been with the Durbins for over 2 years, all proudly accepted the well-deserved award on behalf of the families and staff that were also involved in reaching this goal. The commitment of hard work, perseverance and patience from all earned them Genghis Grill’s most desirable award, Franchisee of The Year of 2011.
