Launched earlier this year, the intensive Web-based course encompasses four distinct chapters, each focusing on different aspects of the world’s largest cruise operator and its various vacation products.

To earn this degree in Funology, Kathy had to successfully master content related to such wide-ranging topics as the line’s 39-year history, new features on the fleet of “Fun Ships,”a broad selection of shipboard activities and entertainment, including the line’s popular youth programs, as well as creating group business opportunities within the local community.
