She recently launched Avenida Cleaning Service (www.AvenidaCleaning.com), a local Tampa based woman owned professional home cleaning company. Claudia has previously owned and operated two successful cleaning companies.

“Many of my former customers were asking, when was I getting back in the home cleaning business?” said Claudia Gorman, President of Avenida Cleaning Service. “When we were in this business before, we focused on providing personalized customer service, and that became one of the many factors that lead to our success and separated us from our competitors.”
Avenida Cleaning will primarily focus on professional home cleaning in south Tampa Communities including Brandon, Valrico, Harbour Island, Davis Island and Palma Ceia.

Claudia started her first cleaning service while the family was living in North Carolina where her husband, Dan, was stationed with the Marine Corps. Claudia built the business on strong relationships, reliability, trust, and excellent customer service. “Doing extra little things in addition to doing a great job on everything else makes for referrals and happy customers,” said Claudia. She plans to operate Avenida Cleaning with those same principals.

Claudia and Dan are already small business owners in Tampa. They own and operate Avenida Suites, a corporate housing company which provides furnished temporary housing to military and corporate customers.
