Nearly 400 agents across the country are vying for the title of Best Agent in the UK, under the The Estate Agent and Letting Agency's national award scheme (known as the ESTA's)The ESTAS 2010 is the biggest competition the industry has ever seen. Just entering the Estas highlights an agent's commitment to delivering quality customer service to clients. To be shortlisted as a Top 10 Agent is an honour in itself. Top 10 agents in the 14 regions receive their own winners logo with press release material.
The ESTA's are the largest and longest-running award scheme in the estate agent industry. In a difficult property market an agent's level of customer service is more crucial than ever! These awards measure those levels of service through a completely transparent process via customer feedback.

This coveted award will be presented by Phil Spencer from Channel 4's Location, Location, Location Property programme. Phil Spencer said: "I've been involved with the scheme for six years now and absolutely believe it to be the most relevant in the current market. The fact that customers are the judges and they determine the winners makes the awards unique.
