Lone Star’s “Why do YOU want to drive a Mercedes-Benz?” Deadline January 31

January 20, 2012- Calgary, AB – If you haven’t created your video for the “Why do YOU want to drive a Mercedes-Benz?” contest, you only have until January 31, 2012 to do so. The winner of the contest will be flown to Mission, B.C. where they will be staying in accommodations paid for by Lone Star Mercedes-Benz, and given the chance to drive a Mercedes-Benz in a closed-course environment, as well as learn different driving techniques for real-life driving conditions.

The contest requires participants to submit a short video that answers the question “Why do YOU want to drive a Mercedes-Benz?” Lone Star is encouraging participants to use creativity with their submissions. Videos will be posted on the Lone Star Mercedes-Benz Facebook page and the video with the most “likes” by the time the contest closes on February 1, 2012 will be crowned the winner.

If you aren’t interested in participating in the contest, you can still be sure to vote for your favourite submission by visiting the Lone Star Mercedes-Benz Facebook page, and “liking” the submission that you think deserves to win.
