Incline Push-Ups

One of my favorite upper chest exercises that you can easily perform in your own home without equipment — is the incline push-up. To perform this exercise you will need two chairs. Place the two chairs approximately 12 inches apart. Place your left foot on one chair and your right foot on the other. Assume a push-up position, and begin performing push-ups — as many as you can.

Bear in mind, this is not an easy exercise! You may need to begin performing regular push-ups first before you can do even one of these incline push-ups.

However, there is nothing better than this exercise for giving your upper pectoral muscles a great workout. As a result, your chest will appear higher and more muscular — which after all is the look we all want — right?
Resistance Bands Crossovers

One of the tools I use for my everyday workouts is a good set of resistance bands. You really can’t beat a good set of exercise bands. They are low in cost, and many of the better quality set alight you perform up to 140 health club quality type exercises. That means you’re not going to be bored easily because of lack of variety.

To perform this exercise just attach the the door anchor that comes with resistance bands to your door or a fence (if performing this exercise outdoors.)

Reach down with your right hand and grasp the handle of the left resistance band. Oh, by the way, I almost forgot you can place the door anchor at a height equal to your waist or for more of a stretch you can place it lower towards your knees on the door.

Keep your elbows slightly bent, and pull the resistance band towards your right shoulder, in a arching fashion. Perform 12 to 15 repetitions and do approximately 3 to 4 sets.
Incline Dumbbell Flyes

For this exercise you will need an incline bench. Place the bench at an angle approximately 45°. You’ll also need a set of dumbbells. With a dumbbell in each hand, starting with both dumbbells touching at chest height — lower the dumbbells and arching fashion. However, do not go below shoulder level. It will not give you any greater benefit and may actually injury.


Again perform 12 to 15 repetitions — 3 to 4 sets.
How to Lose chest fat With Strength Training

While strength training will not guarantee the elimination of your chest fat it will aid you on your quest of discovery how to lose chest fat .
