Luce Forward Hamilton Scripts Ignores Government SBA Loan agreement and takes Stock In CalPOP.com

Los Angeles, California, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) May 25, 2011 -- Three ex-employees of CalPOP.com retain Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripts to overthrow CalPOP's officers and dilute the majority shareholders to minority positon despite the SBA government agreement with CalPOP.com that forbids it.

On February 13, 2011, Matt Corwin & John Bramlett were terminated from employment from CalPOP.com and within a few days they were able to convice Luce Forward Hamilton & Scipts to accept ownership in CalPOP.com to help them overthrow CalPOP's CEO, Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer - in fact to remove the only employee at CalPOP.com who actually had any stock in CalPOP.com and claim to have diluted the shareholders of CalPOP.com from majority to minority interest in two highly contested purported meetings. The CEO of CalPOP.com, and majority shareholder, Richard "Lynn Tracy" Hoover was locked out of his own company and left penniless by the very guys he just fired a few days before.
