Lucy Grosz, CEO of Alta Vista Benefits, Deb Crall, Veda Gilp and Annette Gnatowski have formed the Alta Vista Group, a marketing organization that works with small businesses to help them create and market smart employee benefits.

The group is holding employer education seminars, designed to help small employers keep up with the latest benefit trends and employment issues.
