Luis Cuneo to Serve as Center for Hispanic Leadership Advisory Board Member: IBM Senior Business Offerings Manager to Support the Advancement of Hispanic Professionals

Luis Cuneo, IBM's Senior Business Offerings Manager will serve as a CHL Advisory Board Member to support the advancement of Hispanic Professionals in the workplace.

(January 25, 2010, Irvine, CA) The Center for Hispanic Leadership (CHL), Institute for Talent Development has announced that Luis Cuneo, IBM's Senior Business Offerings Manager will serve as a CHL Advisory Board Member to support the advancement of Hispanic Professionals in the workplace. "I am passionate about serving the Hispanic business community," says Mr. Cuneo. "At IBM, we have a strong diversity initiative, and I have seen the growing demand for the professional advancement of Hispanics in the workplace. I have worked with CHL Founder / CEO, Glenn Llopis for over two years and have carefully observed the development of CHL's mission, goals and objectives for the Institute. I am confident that Mr. Llopis and the CHL team has created the curriculum programs and methodology that will connect and flourish within the Hispanic business community," says Cuneo.


According to Glenn Llopis, "we are honored and delighted to have Mr. Cuneo support CHL's cause, mission and client collaboration initiatives as our most recent addition to our Advisory Board. Mr. Cuneo has served many Hispanic organizations that include: United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, LISTA, California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Business Magazine, New Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Connecticut Small Business Showcase. “My goal is to play an active role in supporting the development of Hispanic owned businesses and providing guidance to professional Hispanic in their career development. Llopis adds, "Mr. Cuneo and IBM have already contributed to CHL's community awareness as the host sponsor of our 2009 Hispanic Heritage Month event.
