Luke & Associates Awarded New Contract by U.S. Navy

Merritt Island, Florida, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) December 14, 2011 -- MERRITT ISLAND, FL. – (December 12, 2011) – Luke & Associates (Luke) announced today that it has been awarded the Investigational Research Omnibus Contract (IROC) by the U.S. Navy.

“This is great news, a tremendous accomplishment for Luke! The IROC is a very important step in our continued growth and diversification. This is our very first Navy contract, as well as our first medical research contract,” Luke’s CEO and President, Jim Barfield, said.

The IROC consists of providing Clinical Research Associates in support of Military Treatment Facilities (MTF’s) under the Clinical Investigation Program. IROC is a five year, $49.9 million contract awarded by a full and open competition.
