The long awaited return of the Luko News Review has finally come. The Luko News Review is edited and published by James Luko, former United Nations offical.

Many past readers of the Luko News Review have been demanding the return of the Luko News Review, online news analysis. The Editor and Publisher, James Luko, is a former United Nations official, who worked with the UN's International War Crimes Tribunal from 1999-2005 and was the Deputy Head of Office in Belgrade, Serbia. The Luko News Review gives an analysis of subjects ranging from war crimes, human rights, genocide, united nations, international affairs, defense policy and climate change. Mr. Luko served with the Smithsonian Institute- Wilson Center for Scholars, Canada's National Defense Headquarters and then with the United Nations for 12 years.
