LUXE Magazine by Black Rock Properties to hit mailboxes this week

Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) December 15, 2010 -- Black Rock Properties Group, the leader in Coeur d'Alene luxury real estate, is pleased to announce that they have released a new publication, LUXE Magazine, which will hit mailboxes and shelves by the end of 2010.

LUXE is the beginning of a series of methods the Black Rock Properties Group and agents of the new Tomlinson Sotheby’s International Realty will use to provide the highest level of service to buyers and sellers of homes in North Idaho. The first publication of its kind in Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho, LUXE will showcase the region’s finest real estate currently for sale - not necessarily the most expensive - while offering new products and services designed to enhance the Northwest lifestyle. It will do this by using a targeted distribution to tens of thousands of qualified buyers over the global network of Sotheby’s International Realty and the Black Rock Properties Group.

LUXE will be produced quarterly and will continue growing with each edition. Issue 2, slated for release on April 1, 2011, will include many more in-depth articles on the area lifestyle, as well as more homes in Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene, Priest Lake and North Idaho for sale.
