Luxury Design Personality Kerry Howard Returns to National Television on Fall Season Premiere of HGTV's "Design Wars"

Kerry Howard of KMH Interiors today announces that he will return to national television on the new HGTV show, “Design Wars,” scheduled to air on Nov., 21, 2011. As described by the network, “Design Wars is the new elimination-competition that pits three interior designers against each other in a battle of design wits to win over one homeowner. The ultimate winner will go on to makeover a room in the lucky owner’s home!” Howard will appear on two episodes and his designer portfolio is on the HGTV website. Howard made his first television appearance on Bravo’s “Top Design,” in 2008. Since then, he has been commissioned for interiors across the United States, from Colorado to Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Fla. to metro Atlanta.

Howard’s recent public appearances include co-hosting the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Awards on April 14, 2011, at the Atlanta Botanical Garden and appearing on Fox 5’s Good Day Atlanta for a Christmas design special in December 2010. Ongoing national coverage for his work includes features in national magazines such as Elle Décor and Traditional Home.

“I am thrilled with this second opportunity to share my design philosophy that ‘everyone deserves luxury’ in the world,” said Howard. He believes that this philosophy is achieved by keeping design simple, with classic pieces and unique accessories.
