Luxury Goods Emerging from Haitian Designer

new york city, New York, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) December 8, 2011 -- Haiti-born Françoise Elizée has launched a new collection of exclusive, high-end bags and clutches made with her signature lizard, crocodile and python skins. Elizée seeks to re-define the luxury fashion industry, with her limited edition designs handcrafted and made in durable materials, with bold and fashion forward colors.

Elizée began her career as a designer while heading the Department of International Relations and Production Monitoring for RIKA; a well known food brand on the Haitian market. Armed with a Masters Degree in International Business and with a deep sense of entrepreneurship, she quickly realized she had to pursue her long time dream to become an exotic, luxury handbag designer.

With her in-depth knowledge of the exotic leather goods market, she found a common interlace between the International Business world and designing, going on to attend many workshops, and traveling around the world visiting selective high-end boutiques in Paris, Italy and Milan to create her niche. Françoise launched her very first collection in December 2008.

Elizée now splits her time between Haiti and Miami, and would like to extend her presence here through features in local print media.
