M3 DS Real – How to play DS games on Wii console

It has two screens, a microphone, and the touchscreen in it. These games have taken main and good advantage with these new abilities. Some of these games don’t use them very much, but are such excellent games they deserve a mention anyway.

The Nintendo Wii can emulate older classic consoles and also a few new consoles which includes the hand-held Nintendo DS console. By using an emulator called DeSmuMe Wii through the Homebrew Channel you can play your favorite compatible Nintendo DS games. The Homebrew Channel can be installed before installing and operating the DeSmuMe Wii emulator

The procedures are explained. Initially click the “Start,” “Internet Explorer” button and make some navigation to the Wii Brew website and have a click for downloading to save the DeSmuMe Wii emulator to your Wii. You are transferred to a Google code page. Check whether the latest revision of the DeSmuMe Wii emulator for downloading. Extract the download into a folder which named as “DeSmuMe Wii” on your computer. After checking the compatibility list for the emulator, browse various online ROM websites for Nintendo DS ROMs. Then extract the ROMS into a folder and make the name as “ROMS” on your computer.

After this downloading procedures insert an SD card into a compatible card reader of the pc. Have a “Start,” “Computer,” click and then right-click on the cardboard. Click the “Format” button and format as “FAT32.” Double-click on the cardboard. Click “File,” “New,” “Folder” to form a brand new folder on the basis of the SD card named “Apps.”

Copy the DeSmuMe Wii “Apps” folder contents to the “Apps” folder on your SD card. Place the corresponding DeSmuMe Wii directory containing the “ROMS” and “SAVES” folder on the basis directory of the SD card. The DeSmuMe Wii emulator can browse the ROMs and saves from this folder. Then copy the ROMs you have got into the “ROMS” folder. When there’s a BIOS file then produce a folder that is called as “BIOS” and place the file within the folder. A selected BIOS file runs in several firmware on your Nintendo DS console.

When following this set of applications eject the SD card and insert into your Wii SD slot. Turn on your Wii and navigate to the Homebrew Channel. The browsing should not be stopped until you find the DeSmuMe Wii emulator and press “A” to launch the software. To review the games,browse for games using the directional pad and press “A” to launch the games. Game controls, save slots settings or other system settings can be changed by pressing the button “A” on the specific button.
