Major Ian Dermot Lawson has attempted a catalog of lies and deceptions in an attempt to cover up this gross breach of confidentiality and the ensuing fraud that was responsible for whilst he was employed by QinetiQ Ventures at the London Business Innovation Centre in Enfield.

The actual facts are all an accurate account of the events and the documents presented as evidence on the web site www.ian-lawson.com exist as does all the emails documented as sent by Major Ian Dermot Lawson.

No documents have been altered or distorted and only show the facts that Major Ian Dermot Lawson has been openly lying for three years and attempting to use Nigel Graver responsible for a Situation he knew nothing about.

This is a man Major Ian Dermot Lawson who would happily see a completely Innocent party be Framed & punished for something he was responsible for himself.

The website speaks for itself and Major Ian Dermot Lawson was accused in early 2009 for Stealing the sensitive copyright drawings that were compiled by Nigel Graver prior to even meeting Major Ian Dermot Lawson.

In fact Major Ian Dermot Lawson set out to Con Nigel Graver and steal as much Technology & drawings of which because the case and all of the Technical Content was Sold to a Third Party for financial benefit and to Defraud the Enfield Borough Council of tens of thousands of Pounds.

The Simple truth is that Major Ian Dermot Lawson has documented in writing to Nigel Graver & Third parties that he never used any of Nigel Gravers copyright drawings or content as they were all Prior Art and Not Relative to his Clients Patent Application and were never referred to or used.

The truth is that Major Ian Dermot Lawson was lying and the Copyright Drawings were used in their exact format as the “Embodiment of another Companies example of their acclaimed Invention.

In addition it has been discovered that Major Ian Dermot Lawson actually forged his Employers QinetiQ Ventures signature on 2 Confidentiality Agreements and signed his signature on behalf of an Insolvent Limited Company.

It was that fraudulent document and company name that Major Ian Dermot Lawson used to obtain the copyright drawings and Intellectual Property belonging to Nigel Graver of which he then stole and sold to another unrelated Limited Company for financial reward and it was those stolen drawings and Intellectual Property that was used in the Patent Application in the separate Limited Company.

Nigel Graver never had any knowledge of this company at the time and gave no permission or signed any confidentiality agreements or contracts to allow the drawings to be used in any Patent Application as they were relevant to a project owned and being developed by Nigel Graver known to Major Ian Dermot Lawson as the WT93030

Major Ian Dermot Lawson has documented that the drawings were all the property of Nigel Graver and reference to the WT93030 is evident in the emails documented in the web site www.ian-lawson.com and his continued denials that himself or his Client used any of the drawings or content.

In a Tape Recorded meeting in December 2008 Major Ian Dermot Lawson is documented clearly as saying after commenting on the nice little drawings you send Nigel Graver was Quote “This screen here is similar to the one we like” and Quote “Well Nigel you may as well take all these drawings with you, After all they are all your drawings Nigel.

Major Ian Dermot Lawson was handing Nigel Graver back all the drawings he had disclosed under the terms of what is now known to be a bogus and fraudulent Non Disclosure agreement and was aware himself and his Client Darren Murphy had used them in the exact same format and Explanation in a patent Application, and in another separate Company And said Nothing to Nigel Graver.

All Major Ian Dermot Lawson did has denied using and of the content until he was caught and cornered will his own admissions of who owned all the drawings and Intellectual Property.
