Major WBFF Fitness Competition Blasting into Kansas City May 21, 2011

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 13, 2011 -- March 13, 2011 – Kansas City, MO The WBFF (World Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation) based in Toronto, Canada will be holding one of their first ever United States fitness competitions at the Midland Theater in Kansas City, Missouri on May 21, 2011.

The event, the WBFF Central US Championships, is an amateur level show with competitors vying for their WBFF Pro status in categories including Diva Bikini Model, Diva Fitness Model, Figure, Male Fitness Model, Male Muscle Model and Bodybuilding. Competitors will be traveling from across the globe to compete in this major fitness extravaganza.

The WBFF is the fastest growing fitness organization. The organization was founded and is run by Paul Dillett, former Pro Bodybuilder. The organization is athlete focused, striving to give the competitors the broadest range of opportunities within the fitness industry. Athletes at both the Pro and Amateur levels are sponsored by top name supplement companies including Muscle Pharm, EAS Canada, BodyLogix, Grizzly Fitness and many more. They are also featured in the top national fitness publications including Oxygen Women’s Fitness, Maximum Fitness, Reps, American Curves, Status Fitness Magazine, Natural Muscle, Inside Fitness, Fit & Firm and World Physique.

Additional prizes up for grabs include photo shoot with top fitness industry photographers, as well as magazine feature publications. Intermission entertainment will feature the dance and choreography of Matt Czech.

The WBFF Central US Championships will be the debut for the Male Muscle Model category.

This event is being hosted by Kansas City local WBFF Pro Fitness Models Micah LaCerte and Diana Chaloux who own and operate Hitch Fit Gym at 3036 Gillham Rd, KCMO, as well as Hitch Fit Online Personal Training.
