Mallard Construction / McHughes Enterprises Inc. receives OKC Builders License

McHughes Enterprises Inc., DBA Mallard Construction recieved its OKC builders license on Friday. Mallard Construction is doing a joint venture with Brick and Stone Homes of Norman OK. They two companies have purchased a lot in Williams Farms in Oklahoma City, where they plan to start a spec home with the next two weeks. Mallard Construction recieved its building permit to proceed with the site prep and construction of 1630sq ft spec home, on December 17, 2010. Mallard Construction plans to market this new home with Century 21 Goodyear Green of Norman OK. Mallard Construction is also currently taking commitments on custom builds for its 2011 schedule.
