Mercerville, NJ - Quakerbridge Radiology Associates, PA has expanded its health and wellness services with expanded radiologist coverage and real-time screening mammogram interpretation

Expanded hours with on-site radiologist coverage at our Mercerville facility from 7:30am-7:30pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30am -6:00pm on Fridays and from 8:00am-noon on Saturdays. Having a radiologist on site evenings and Saturdays will allow more opportunity for your patients to get contrast-enhanced studies, diagnostic mammograms and STAT studies.

Same-day screening mammogram interpretation with immediate diagnostic work-up (including ultrasound) when indicated. As long as your prescription/request indicates that you want this level of service, we will review your patient’s screening mammogram while she is in our office. Negative results will be given to the patient at the time of the study. For those patients with abnormal screening mammograms, additional work-up will be completed within the same visit. Each of these patients will then receive a consultation with our radiologist, who will explain the findings and final recommendations. This should eliminate the anxiety that women experience as they wait for the results of their screening mammogram, while at the same time eliminating the need for your office staff to contact patients for additional imaging.
