Over 70 people attended from a broad range of businesses that cater to older adults throughout northern New Jersey.

Maclay explained the importance to any business owner of identifying areas of specialization, excellence or value the business represents to its target customer; identifying its market segments and ideal customers; and where business owners should invest their time, energy and money. A specialist in business-to-business communication, Maclay shared tips with attendees on how to best relate unique aspects of their businesses to different audiences based on observed behavior styles.
