Marine Software Developer Edoc To Host Helm Conference™ in Las Vegas

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 27, 2012 -- Helm Conference™ 2012 will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas from June 4-6, Edoc Systems Group announced today. Helm Conference is Edoc’s annual Workboat Best Practices conference where customers and prospects can congregate to influence future development of Helm Marine Operations™ software, partake in intensive training sessions, network with industry peers, see demonstrations on new product releases and learn more from expert speakers on a variety of technological and maritime topics.

“This will be our most ambitious conference yet,” said Bill Reid, President of Edoc, who expects a record number of attendees to attend this year. “Our move to Las Vegas this year makes it much easier for many of our US-based customers to attend. In fact, we’ve already exceeded last year’s attendance figures.” Previous conferences have been hosted in Victoria, BC, site of Edoc’s headquarters.

Helm Conference will feature two highly anticipated releases from Edoc. The new Helm Onboard™, Edoc’s easy-to-use on-vessel software, will be launched as well as Helm Executive Dashboard™, a module that gives users the ability to pull up graphical results from analytical and trending data on one screen. “We are very excited about the launch of these two products,” said Reid. “We have a list of customers and prospects who can’t wait to get them implemented.”

Helm Conference will also host presentations on Business Intelligence, Leadership, Mobile Technology in the Workboat Industry and Workboat Best Practices.
