Marine West 2012 Selects SOUNDCOMMANDER® Mission-Critical Loudspeaker Systems For Live-Voice and Pre-Recorded Announcements for Indoor and Outdoor Exhibit Areas

Marietta, Georgia, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 12, 2012 -- MARIETTA, GA Jan. 12, 2012 – SOUNDCOMMANDER® loudspeaker systems from IMLCORP (), Marietta, GA, will be used to make all live and pre-recorded announcements in the indoor and outdoor exhibit areas at Marine West 2012, Feb. 1 and 2, at the US Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, South Mesa SNCO Club. Founded in 1992, Marine West showcases the latest technology and prototypes aimed at preparing today's Marines for the opportunities and challenges of the 21st century.

IMLCORP will use a modified version of the SOUNDCOMMANDER SC1000 LS system, mounted near the ceiling of the main indoor display area. Its single, small four-speaker array will provide loud, high-clarity voice for announcements and information in the 40,000-plus square feet of the exhibition tent, which will house all of the exhibit booths and hundreds of visitors. IMLCORP will supply a single SOUNDCOMMANDER SC360 wide-area mass notification warning and voice loudspeaker system outside the tent to cover all of the outdoor displays and activities. A SOUNDCOMMANDER central base station will be set up at the command center for wireless communication with both the indoor and outdoor sound systems.

At Booth 329, IMLCORP will display the latest version of the SOUNDCOMMANDER SC1000EX tactical Command Pack system consisting of the light-weight, portable Command Pack base loudspeaker unit with the EX loudspeaker expansion set. SC Command Pack systems are in use throughout the Marine Corps. The SC1000 Command Pack can be hand-carried, shoulder-carried or worn as a back pack, making it easy and comfortable to carry for tactical field operations, even over rough terrain. The SOUNDCOMMANDER SC3500 is a deployable mass notification clear voice and siren “Giant Voice” warning system that can be set up and operating in minutes to blanket large outdoor areas with powerful 360-degree sound. It can operate as both a fully portable system with its internal battery pack, or be operated from a command center or desk using external AC or DC power. It can be easily transported to field sites or forward operating bases for temporary or semi-permanent use. The SOUNDCOMMANDER SC5600 long range, focused six speaker array Acoustic Hailing Device (AHD) and directional loudspeaker system can be mounted on a stand or vehicle and configured for focused long range narrow beam projection using its pan and tilt mechanism or be quickly reconfigured for directional or wider area coverage by mounting it directly to a vehicle roof mount for a lower profile, or mounted to a moving cupola to aim the speaker array. All systems feature wired and wireless input capabilities and are expandable. IMLCORP will also have its POW●R●ENTRY fast breaching and entry tool on display.
