Mark Pannek is an MBA with excellent senior management, risk compliance, audit and outsourcing experience. He has senior level expertise in areas of enterprise risk management, operational risk management as well as technology risk management. He has extensive years of experience in Tier I financial institutions (domestic and international), community banks and privately held companies. His areas of interests cover management, financial risk, operational risk, vendor risk, IT risk and regulatory compliance. Over the years, he has worked with various financial institutions in Dallas, TX. He managed departments specializing in banking loan operations and systems. He also managed mortgage and consumer loan systems and operations as well as consumer fraud departments.

A seasoned management professional, Mark Pannek has served as Vice President, Risk Management at JP Morgan Chase, TX. He held the global responsibility for IT control governance program for investor services division. He managed risk associated with their investor services applications used in the daily settlement and clearance of $1billion in securities. He was also responsible for IT and processing outsourcing proposals. He contracted negotiations, reviews and performance/compliance monitoring. In addition to this, he was tasked to liaison with Internal and External Auditors with full responsibility for all SAS70’s.

Mark Pannek is a responsible member of the society and coaches youngsters in sports such as football and basketball. He has coached Boys Youth Football for 5 years and Boys Youth Basketball for 3 years and Girls Youth Basketball for 3 years.
