THE SCIENTIST: ISABELL HANSENNE-CERVANTES. Isabelle holds a PhD in Biochemistry and is a global executive with expertise in senior research and development of consumer products: skin care, sun care and hygiene products. She focuses her organizational leadership and strategic skills on bringing new innovations to market, with experience developing alliances among marketing, technology and supply chain leaders to drive development and commercialization. Isabelle is the holder of 97 patents and 20 published articles and posters. Notable brand experience: L’Oréal Paris, Kiehl’s Since 1851, Lancôme, Garnier, Ralph Lauren, SkinCeuticals and The Body Shop.
THE WORDSMITH: CARMINE MONTALTO. Carmine’s passion for his craft over his 15-year copywriting career has engendered three strengths – branding, naming and concepting. Carmine is a linguist with a degree in English. He’s created appealing call-to-action headlines for NYC subway campaigns, named hundreds of consumer products, and written and honed brand concepts from their genesis to market launch. He was the voice behind the iconic Kiehl’s brand for 7 years as AVP Global Brand Voice and Image. Notable brand experience: Kiehl’s Since 1851, Living Proof, Lancôme, Jurlique, Bath & Body Works, Timex and both the AIDS Rides and Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day Walks.
THE STRATEGIST: MARIE-PIERRE STARK-FLORA. Marie-Pierre is an award-winning marketing and product development executive with a global reach and a 360º groundbreaking creativity. With a 15-year career in the cosmetics industry, she has held top executive positions spanning from domestic marketing to global marketing and product development. A strategic thinker, she has grown, developed, repositioned and rationalized a diversified array of generalist, designer, niche and natural brands. Notable brand experience: Kiehl’s Since 1851, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Helena Rubinstein and Jurlique.
THE IMAGE MAKER: RONY ZEIDAN. Rony is an established creative talent in fashion and beauty with 10 years experience in advertising, design, branding, and online communications. He’s created impactful campaigns for the most sought-after brands, crafted coveted and alluring fragrance bottles, entertained and enthralled online, and enchanted the five senses with elegant brand presentations and press events. Ex-VP Global Creative for Ralph Lauren fragrances. Notable brand experience: La Prairie, Speedo, Aldo, Wonderbra, Cointreau, eLuxury, CK, jonvaldi.
