If you’re just starting out in the cleaning business, finding new business is your hardest task. There are several methods you can use, but none that are a sure thing.

After you have created a webpage and advertized it, start marketing directly to local business. Create fliers and stop into local businesses. Let them know that you are not there to take up any of their time, but just want to leave some information for them to look over about your services. This approach will not get you a lot of business, but will get some inquires over time.
