In the year 2003, Marshall Wisniewski attorney began to develop significant expertise in media/TV interests. He was appointed General Counsel for Power Television International LLC in 2003. He negotiated joint venture agreements with Max Media for acquisition of TV stations in Portland Maine, and St. Croix and US Virgin Islands. In 2006, he represented Power TV in negotiations for Joint Venture Agreement for purchase of TV stations in San, Juan and Puerto Rico and performed transactional services for closing transactions. He attended National Assoc of Broadcasters Conventions in Las Vegas on behalf of Power TV from 2004-2009. In 2007, he was appointed General Counsel for TELOS Digital Television Networks, The Alternative Health Care Channel and Mind, Body Spirit TV. From 2007 to present, he negotiated satellite carriage contracts, programming/production agreements and IPTV distribution Contracts for TELOS and he also attended Cable Television Operators Assoc Convention in Washington DC, representing TELOS etc. Marshall Wisniewski negotiated/drafted affiliation contracts for over-the-air TV and distribution of Telos signal in major US markets in 2011.

He also developed new line of legal arguments, and successfully pursued litigation against Nationwide, American Family and other auto insurers; representing auto body shop repair operators seeking payment of denied repair estimate costs.
