22nd January - This might sound like an advert, but I promise you I am a genuine customer who is so delighted with the service that I am writing my first review ever. We live in the middle of nowhere & have tried many couriers and have struggled to get a parcel picked up on the day arranged. This company did just that and even at the time they said and even let us know when the parcel had been delivered. Very friendly service and great communication all round. I couldn't rate them higher.

22nd January - The service has been simply outstanding and a revelation to one who has tended to use The Post Office Parcelforce previously. DHL were also almost exactly half the Post Office price!
Best points specifically: the reliable collection service when I knew from the start when they were coming, the informing me of its arrival at destination, and the price.
22nd January - This was my first courier experience - and it went like clockwork! Online ordering was straightforward; pickup from the front door beat trogging off to the Post Office; it cost a lot less than Royal Mail too; delivery was accomplished promptly - and to a tiny French hamlet with no house numbers, believe it or not! I gave it a go, and I have been delighted with the result.
