MAZ JABRONI HEADLINES COMEDY NIGHT TO BENEFIT CANCER SERVICES SET FOR MARCH 4, 6PM AT BEYOND THE STARS PALACE IN GLENDALE

The event scheduled for Sunday, March 4th, at 6:00 PM, at Beyond the Stars Palace in Glendale, is coordinated by The Dr. Norick Bogossian Cancer Care Guild, W.E. Connections and produced by Vahik Pirhamzei, actor, writer and producer of the upcoming motion picture, “My Uncle Rafael.”

Don’t miss the one and only, Maz Jabroni, an original member of the Axis of Evil Comedy Tour, featured on Comedy Central. Also performing, Jason Love, Robin Roberts and Jose A. Proceeds from ticket sales and event sponsorship will go to Glendale Adventist Medical Center’s Cancer Care Services, toward support groups, wigs, make-up, nutrition and fitness classes which are given free-of-charge to cancer patients and their families in our community. Laugh 4 A Cure, A Night of Comedy, seeks to raise the money to fund the important work of the Cancer Center as they provide support and services to patients and their families currently dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

The namesake of this Guild was Dr. Norick Bogossian, a highly regarded plastic-reconstructive surgeon, and is renowned in the medical community as the surgeon who performed the first successful micro-vascular tissue transfer at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. Dr. Bogossian died of cancer in 2009 at the age of 56. The doctor and his family received valuable service and support at the Glendale Adventist Cancer Center during his fight against colon cancer. Dr. Bogossian is the inspiration for this new Chapter of The Guild at Glendale Adventist Medical Center, and it is in his honor that donors are asked give generously.
