Anjaria’s latest venture, MBA DNA Consulting, LLC, offers assistance to individuals representing themselves in criminal cases. The increasing number of exonerations due to DNA evidence has emphasized the need for adequate expert consultation on matters of forensic science in criminal cases.

Founder Mehul B. Anjaria is strongly interested in providing forensic DNA consultation assistance to clients who are classified by the legal system as “in propria persona” or “pro per”. Many forensic consultants and laboratories choose not to offer services to these individuals as it requires direct correspondence and contact with inmates. Mr. Anjaria remarked “it is important that pro per individuals have the same access to consultative resources as other individuals facing criminal charges”.
