MCDONALDS SERVING UP A MEAL WITH A SIDE OF ANTS???????

Veronica Allen, the wife of Miami Minister, Shon Allen, decides to visit the McDonalds at 13000 Biscayne Boulevard, North Miami - (305) 899-9578 to pick up a routine snack. Veronica, who has a very busy schedule both balancing her normal 9 to 5 job and putting in full time service at her husbands church almost every other day, felt compelled to stop by the Mickey Ds just to grab a bite to eat. Lets just say her meal and her experience with the staff was far from happy. Of course, we know that when we place an order for any of the value meals, it comes with a beverage. Coke, Sierra Mist, etc. But not Ant flavor. Yes, ant flavor soda. After receiving the beverage, Veronica noticed that there was some black dots on the lid underneath. When she opened it up, it was a bunch of ants. When Veronica tried to make mention of it to the clerk, the clerk was extremely rude and nasty and tried to pick a fight with her. Not only did the clerk tried to pick a fight with Veronica, the clerk had a few co-workers get involved with it by laughing and cussing Veronica out. Veronica, being a women who leads by example kept her cool and request to speak to a supervisor. The clerk continued to give Veronica a hard time. Now correct me if I am wrong but isn't Veronica a paying customer who is paying her hard earn money to eat food and not deal with probably the worst customer service of all time? Finally, the on staffed supervisor, Jorge, came out and instead of providing a solution to the matter, Jorge joined in by also giving Veronica a hard time. It was at this point that Veronica decided to call the corporate office but her phone died and she as a customer who witness the whole thing if she could use his phone. The customer stated, "Not my phone you want." What is this world coming to where a person can't even get a descent meal let alone with a little bit of customer service? Veronica as currently hired a lawyer to investigate the case.
