MCHI Kalyan-Dombivali Suburban Property expo draws huge response

Mrs. Vijayanti Gholap, Mayor, Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation, Mr. K.P Raghuvanshi, Commissioner of Police, Thane and Ramnath K. Sonavane, Commissioner, KDMC, formally inaugurated the exhibition at Sarvodaya Mall, Kalyan West.

Speaking to reporters later, Mr. Bandish Ajmera, President, MCHI Kalyan–Dombivali unit thanked the Mayor, Mrs. Gholap and both the Commissioner’s for being present at the event. He further added that “the exhibition will also provide an excellent opportunity for buyers of getting their dream home financed by leading banks and financial institutions who are at service at the venue. Home buyers can scan through the range of properties on display, saving their time and effort”

He explained that MCHI has been actively working to ensure the development of this area. “MCHI Members are offering a wide range of properties costing from 15 Rs lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs which include 1RK flat to 4BHK flat, keeping in mind the needs of our customers.”

A wide range of properties backed by all the clearances are being displayed under one roof. Along with developers there are many financial institutions like SBI, HDFC, AXIS, LIC, ICICI, DHFL etc. are also participating in the event. This further helps the buyers in finalizing their loans for buying a property. To make it more convenient for the visitors MCHI has provided an online registration facility for visiting the exhibition.
