Michael Hinshaw from MCorp Consulting will deliver two sessions on customer experience and innovation at SAP's annual CRM conference.

Michael Hinshaw, Managing Director of customer experience consultancy MCorp, was asked by SAPinsider to present two special sessions at CRM 2013.
