MEA Forensic Engineers & Scientists www.meaforensic.com is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Matthew Manjarrez, PE to the position of Senior Civil/Traffic Engineer. Mr. Manjarrez is experienced in transportation engineering, planning and design including transportation safety, roadway design & operations, pedestrian & bicycle facilities, and construction traffic handling. His areas of specialization include traffic signal timing and operation, roadway signing and pavement markings, guardrail and barrier placement, sight distance evaluation, and parking lot layout.

His knowledge and experience in the field of traffic and highway design will allow us to further enhance the services we offer our clients and he is an excellent addition to our transportation team.” said Dave King, Los Angeles Transportation Group Leader.

Mr. Manjarrez is a well-established professional in the traffic and highway design engineering communities. He has previous experience on highway design cases working for Fehr & Peers. Mr. Manjarrez is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, licensed Professional Traffic Engineer and certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.
