Who is this Meatless Man? Meatless Man is Ronald Gross, who for the past 15 years has cooked, eaten and written about food, more specifically vegetarian food. He has written a wide range of food articles, recipes, blogs and reviews from whole grain breakfast cereals to healthy chocolate.

His mission is to dispel the myth that vegetarian food is bland, tasteless and undesirable and he shares with us how he does it through his own cooking.
