Presidential candidate and Governor of California Meg Whitman promised to roll out the reforms instituted in California to the United States. The benefits of “Meg California” is a highly automated form of government. Examples include:
Health Care: California has migrated from Managed Care to VISACare, a program sponsored by Bank of America, VISA, and eBay. Individuals request medical services on the eBayCalifornia Link and bid on service. This is an efficient allotment of medical services, using market evaluation for medial services.
Fire and Police Services: Under Meg Whitman, California migrated from Public Service to private service using insurance billing and funding for fire services. Property owners insurance is billed for fire protection services as used. This pay as you go system allowed all California cities and counties to dismantle inefficient public fire protection systems in favor of privatized fire protection.
State Parks and Recreation: Want to stay in a public campground? Bid for the camp ground stay on eBay and pay with your VISA card from Bank of America.
This public-private partnership has allowed Meg Whitman to reduce the California budget expenditures by 50%.
As a nation, we can look forward to a 50% decrease in public expenditures through privatization of public resources. With Meg Whitman, citizens can buy their Interstate Fast Pass from the eBay store. Make expressway traffic more efficient with market pricing. The expressway model has check points every ten miles nationwide.
Meg Whitman for President, Meg Whitman for a balanced budget, and a more efficient public market through outsourcing. Ms. Whitman has suggested outsourcing all administrative functions to Texas, with operational support in India.
This proposal would reduce overhead of tax auditing by 90% by having all 1040 forms audited by the audit partners in India, and doing away with Schedules C, D, E, 1120, and 1120S. With 90% of the overhead reduced for the federal government, there is no reason to audit or tax business, with the savings realized from the Whitman Tax Incentive program.
Bring the experiment from California Nationwide with a vote for Meg Whitman.
