Meissner is pleased to introduce the newest addition to its One-Touch® single-use systems portfolio - the FlexFill™ single-use transfer assembly. The FlexFill™ assembly provides a convenient way to aseptically transfer bottled liquids (e.g. reagents, supplements, cell culture media, buffers) to a bioreactor. FlexFill™ was designed to address the challenges associated with directly transferring sterile bottled liquids to single-use or multiple-use bioreactor systems in non-permissive environments. FlexFill™ assemblies can be customized to support aseptic connectivity with a host of fitting and tubing options to allow for a seamless interface with your process.

The FlexFill™ biocontainer transfer assembly can be rapidly filled through its extra large screw cap port. Aseptic filling of the single-use transfer assembly is easily performed inside a laminar flow hood using the portable stainless steel FlexCessory™ stand. The FlexFill™ fluid transfer assembly is part of Meissner’s expanding single-use liquid handling portfolio. It is manufactured from Meissner’s fully qualified pharmaceutical-grade TepoFlex® film. FlexFill™ is delivered sterile and is available in volumes from 500 mL to 6 L.
