"We have shared space with MemphisInvest.com since we renovated the building at 130 Timber Creek, but as we've grown we knew we had to either add onto the existing building or find a space of our own" said Nate Gray, Director of Premier Property Management Group. "This new building allows our staff to grow and spread out, it offers a more comfortable setting for our tenants plus it gives us a training space for continuing education to our rental agents".

Premier Property Management entered the year managing close to 700 properties and has already grown to over 800 properties in the first 4 months of 2011. With plans to add an additional 300+ properties through MemphisInvest.com this year, Premier Property Management knew it was time to find additional space. The building at 118 Timber Creek was for sale and Memphis Invest, GP worked with the owners to purchase the property. At nearly 2,000 square feet, the Class B office building is a perfect for the property management company that has plans to grow to managing over 1500 property by the end of 2012.

"Part of our planning session with the Clothier family included finding a building for us to move into in 2011. They went out and made it happen two doors down from our current building so it works out perfectly" stated Nate.
