The employee worked as a bank teller and later got promoted as supervisor. Her tasks include training and teaching other tellers on proper bank procedures and policy. Her main work is aimed at controlling losses and conducting audits.

Over the years, she performed her duties responsibly and diligently. She was commended by both colleagues and clients. She served her employer for 24 years and her performance evaluations were always good.

But before her termination, she received written notices on at least two occasions for procedural mistakes and infractions she had allegedly committed. During that time, the bank was under new management.

Months before her termination, she noticed that she was treated differently by her colleagues.
