(Free-Press-Release.com) February 1, 2010 -- Director of Human Resources, Mallery Cowan, Managers Christina Schuster and Brian Haynes, as well as two Assistant Managers made their way down to Dallas, TX to attend a fun filled weekend of educational seminars and carouse with other professionals in the sales and marketing industry.

The focus of the weekend was to enhance the management skills and techniques of all in attendance. Although the focus of the trip was on professional development, it was definitely not “all work and no play.” There was also an awards ceremony and banquet where individuals throughout the industry were recognized for various accomplishments.

The entire weekend was a tremendous success and a precursor to the leader’s conference which will be held in Chicago in late February. All employees of MIICAH Marketing Solutions will be invited to participate in workshops that will better allow them to serve their clients and customers.
