Military Children’s Author Launches Air Force Family Network

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 11, 2011 -- Beth Mahoney is an Air Force brat turned Air Force Spouse of 30+ years in the military life. She has endured several family separations as a military child and even more deployments as a military spouse with three elementary school-aged children. Her experience, education, and publishing talents as a military children’s Author helped pave the path for a new online community focusing on Air Force families.

“My mother and I never had the resources and immediate community assistance 30 years ago that the Internet provides for new military families now.” said Mahoney. “This generation has a lot more going for them. I just want to provide those resources and advice to help families better themselves, their children, and their relationships.”

Air Force Family Network provides online support, resources, and even a weekly radio broadcast for Air Force families discussing everything from deployments, relocation, parenting, finances, and stress and time management tips.

Air Force spouses can also contribute their experiences and advice by participating within the site and providing related news and resources to help network the Air Force family community.
