Margaret Rowe Vintage Couture accessorized the fifteen finalists in the Miss California USA 2010 Pageant on November 22, 2009 at the Riviera Resort in Rancho Mirage, Califoria.

The contestants wore handcrafted, one-of-a-kind designs created by couture designer, Margaret Rowe. The jewelry was chosen to reflect the dramatic theme of the swimsuit division which included colorful theatrical masks. Rowe is known for her exquisite vintage couture collection of "statement" necklaces, bracelets, earings and rings.

Nicole Johnson, 24, from Ventura County was crowned Miss California. The show aired live on the CW Network in California, Arizona and Las Vegas.
