Mistral Implements Digite Enterprise

Mistral Solutions had selected Digité as the Application Lifecycle Management solution of choice after an extensive product evaluation once they decided to automate their project execution & delivery. Digité’s Process Governance module helped in automating the lifecycles for all types of projects as per Mistral’s QMS requirements. These Process Template definitions are inherited right at the time of the project creation. This has helped in standardizing and enforcing processes across all projects. Digité’s Integration with Subversion® & cross-project traceability features have helped project teams to easily establish traceability between engineering artifacts and all other Configuration Items.

Digité’s Application Lifecycle Management capability has enabled Mistral to plan and track all engineering activities within an integrated platform. Mistral has implemented a robust defect & change management process using the workflow capability. Since Mistral develops mission-critical hardware and applications, reviews on all project artifacts at the right time is a critical requirement. Mistral has been able to automate the review process customizing Digité’s Review Management module.
