MOGA – Memphis Obstetrics and Gynecological Association Congratulates Dr. Fazal Manejwala; Physician Named as Medical Director of Obstetrics Department at Baptist DeSoto

Memphis, Tennessee, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) May 19, 2011 -- The physicians of Memphis Obstetrics and Gynecological Association, PC (MOGA) are pleased to announce their commendations to Dr. Fazal Manejwala on being named medical director of the obstetrics department at Baptist Memorial Hospital, DeSoto.

According to Dr. George Wortham, President of the practice: “Dr. Manejwala has been a strong component of the MOGA medical staff since joining our practice. When MOGA expanded into Southaven several years ago, he did a wonderful job of opening that office and getting to know the community. We are very excited that he will now be representing MOGA in this important capacity at Baptist DeSoto hospital.”

Dr. Manejwala is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he obtained a BA in Biochemistry. He also holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, and obtained his medical doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. He practiced for a year with the Health First Medical Group before joining MOGA in 1999. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Mississippi.
