Moolchand empanels with Delhi Government Employees Health Scheme (DGEHS)

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 21, 2010 -- Moolchand Medcity has been empanelled with Delhi Government Employees Health Scheme (DGEHS) to extend the hospital services to the DGEHS card holders. The agreement is in effect from March 31, 2010. The patients would be admitted on the basis of the referral letter and ID card issued by the respective dispensaries of DGEHS in the following specialties:
- Cardiology (angiography, angioplasty, stenting, valvuloplasty and Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS)
- Joint replacement surgeries (hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow and wrist)

- Ophthalmic (eye related) surgeries

In case of emergency, the patients from DGEHS will be admitted on the basis of their ID card issued by Delhi government across all specialties. Patients will be admitted and charged the normal Moolchand rates for all other specialties irrespective of the few mentioned above.

Delhi Government Employees Health Scheme is a welfare scheme of Delhi Government to provide medical facilities to Delhi Government employees and pensioners on the pattern of Central Government Health Scheme on the basis of monthly contribution by the beneficiaries.
