Ozimek was recently COO of Lighting Supply Company where her strategic direction and spotlight on culture development, as well as her systems and technology upgrades, doubled sales and profit revenues. Prior to that, Ozimek was the Director of Strategic Business Development with J&L Industrial Supply, now MSC, where she drove significant growth through branch expansion and acquisition initiatives.
