Mrs. Florida Kellie Lightbourn Spends The Day With Some Very Special Campers.

(Free-Press-Release.com) August 6, 2010 -- Kellie Lightbourn, Mrs. Florida came out and spent the day with the Shriner's kids at Camp Care A Lot. Each year the Tampa hospital sponsors Camp Care-A-Lot, a summer camp for patients ages 8 - 10 who have special needs that may prohibit them from participating in general community summer programs. It is held at an off-site campground where the children sleep in cabins and enjoy an action-packed, fun-filled week. Activities include swimming, archery, art and crafts, games and storytelling. The camp is staffed with a multidisciplinary hospital team who love to have fun.

"I loved spending time with the campers" stated Lightbourn. "It brought out the kid in me and it helps the kids just be kids again!"
